1. Ordering Process
- Orders can be placed online through our website, or via sales representatives (WhatsApp or call).
- The minimum order size is one of our standard products:
- Half Stack: 6 trays of 30 eggs (180 eggs).
- Full Stack: 12 trays of 30 eggs (360 eggs).
2. Delivery Schedule
- Deliveries will be made on the agreed-upon days specified at the time of order confirmation.
- Exceptional Orders:
- Same-day delivery is available if the order is placed before 10:00 AM. Mon-Fri.
- Orders placed after 10:00 AM will be delivered the next business day.
- Sundays we are closed for business.
3. Pricing & Payment Terms
- Payment Method: Cash on delivery via EFT into the Cheap Cheap Eggs account.
- Proof of Payment: Customers must send or present proof of payment before delivery can take place.
- Pricing is subject to change with no notice.
4. Returns Policy
- Acceptance of Delivery: Upon receiving the delivery, the customer confirms that all eggs are intact and uncracked.
- Quality Concerns: If there is an issue with the quality of the eggs, returns will be accepted within two (2) business days of delivery.
5. Paperless Process
- All orders, delivery notes, quotes, and invoices will be available online via the customer’s login on our website.
- No physical documents will be provided.
6. Additional Terms
- This agreement is subject to review and may be updated with mutual consent.
- Cheap Cheap Eggs reserves the right to accept or decline customers based on service capacity or other considerations.
